Diet is the hardest thing to understand!!
Tuesday, October 16th, 2007i dont like to call it a diet, instead it’s "lifestyle eating"…i know that eating is almost 90% of the results but its hard for me to comprehend….so i burn around 300 calories doing cardio and im to eat a piece of fruit right after. isnt that like putting those carlories right back in your body? then i begin to hate myself when i simply drink a diet coke or cup of coffee once a week. somehow, i need to figure out a way to tell myself that i need to eat every 3 hours and that its okay to do so!
anyone else feel the same? how do you keep yourself motivated?
