Diet is the hardest thing to understand!!
i dont like to call it a diet, instead it’s "lifestyle eating"…i know that eating is almost 90% of the results but its hard for me to comprehend….so i burn around 300 calories doing cardio and im to eat a piece of fruit right after. isnt that like putting those carlories right back in your body? then i begin to hate myself when i simply drink a diet coke or cup of coffee once a week. somehow, i need to figure out a way to tell myself that i need to eat every 3 hours and that its okay to do so!
anyone else feel the same? how do you keep yourself motivated?

Don’t get obsessed with the diet. Like you said it’s a lifestyle so just let it happen! As long as you’re eating clean, don’t worry about the calorie intake. The body needs good carbs to burn fat. When I realized this, I lost 50lbs! Good luck:)

I am with you! But as you say most of the results are in the eating and I certainly find it hard. My perspective is that I look at eating like training and that I have to train myself to eat correctly, but one cheat here and there will not hurt! You look great BTW!
