I feel like I have been accepted into an elite club, and it feels good.</p>
<p>Hit legs today, and got straight into BEAST mode.</p>
<p>Warm up 315 x 5</p>
<p>1st Set was a superset Front Squat 405 x 5 and Back Squat 405 x 5</p>
<p>2 sets of Back Squat 315 x 15</p>
<p>1 set Front Squat  315 x 10</p>
<p>And that was it for legs&#8230;..

But as the kid ran it caught flight. And then I realized, thats our Flag. Well as soon as I noticed that the kid was actually running and playing with a real Flag, here comes an older man stopping from his walk to stop the kid from playing with the Flag. It looked like they were neighbors, but he stopped her play. And then I wondered what would happen if that had been an adult on some &quot;I hate the U.S.&quot; trip. How ugly would it had gotten, and being that this is Texas, I will tell you&#8230;REAL PHUKIN UGLY!!!!  So I ask, What would you do if you saw someone disrespecting the Flag?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Well if you have been following my blogs or comments the last couple of weeks, you know that I have this awesome training partner that goes hard every rep, is never late for a workout, and absolutely never misses one. So I was really puzzled when he didn&#8217;t show up for shoulders Monday. Well I just got a call from him, apparemtly he was in a shootout on the SW side of Houston and his patner was shot. So he was in the hospital all night. And guess what, he is ready to hit shoulders today!!! Anyway, there are over 1 million stories in the city, and that was one.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just heard on the new that 1 in 5 pre schoolers are obese. WTF???? How can parents put their kids health at risk? It is setting them up for a hard life, and you know what.Usually when you see fat kids, you see their fat parents struggling behind them to keep up huffing and puffing. I just don&#8217;t understand it, fat parents I understand how hard it is to resist the great foods out there. But please, help your kids and get off your ass!!!!!  Get them and yourself probably off of the video games. I have never allowed my children to just veg out in front of the television and watch T.V. and play video games. As a result, they play outside and get plenty of excercise. They begged me for a WII for Christmas, and I got it. They played hard on it for a week, and have not really touched it since. I asked why they don&#8217;t play it, they say they would rather go outside and play baseball for real than to do it on a game. So if you set up some rules and guidelines you can create healthy habits for them. So put the remote down, and get off your ass, and get outside and do something. Oh, and stop eating bullS$%t.
