The Other Level
Since I have been training harder thanks to my new intense never late training partner, people in the gym are really starting to give me props on my development, even approaching me with questions concerning their training. I feel like I have been accepted into an elite club, and it feels good.
Hit legs today, and got straight into BEAST mode.
Warm up 315 x 5
1st Set was a superset Front Squat 405 x 5 and Back Squat 405 x 5
2 sets of Back Squat 315 x 15
1 set Front Squat 315 x 10
And that was it for legs…..
