So I see this lady on the Lat Pull down machine pulling the bar down to her lap. I usually stay out of peoples business when I see them doing movements wrong, but this lady was doing the movement so wrong that I had to say something. So I leaned over and said, "That would work better if you brought the bar to your chest". She said,"Really?", and I said,"Yes". So I say,"where do you feel the movement?", and she says,"Right here in my shoulders". So I tell her that should feel it in her back. That B***H did a set, and leaned ovr at me and said,"It doesn’t seem to matter because it works everything". I just said cool, your absolutely right.
