I can’t believe I was actually thinking about doing this…luckily I ran across this on the internet.
Read On…..
I have had two Lipodissolve treatments with no results. I have actually gotten larger. I am very discouraged and depressed.
My last treatment was so bad that I cannot even think about going back for my next one. I was not told when I was given the numbing cream that it had to last all 3 treatments. I thought I would be given a tube every time I had a treatment. I didn’t learn until after my first treatment that the tube had to last me all three treatments. So I had to divide the remainder of the tube for two more treatments and it wasn’t enough.
It was so painful I thought I was going to pass out. I didn’t experience that, the first treatment, because I had used over half of the tube. I was not able to leave the spa after right after my treatment, because I was in so much pain.
That night I woke up with terrible abdominal pain. I broke out in a sweat that left me wringing wet and I had diarrhea that I would not wish on my worst enemy. I passed out on the bathroom floor. I came very close to going to the emergency room. I had diarrhea and abdominal pains after the first treatment also, but not quite so severe. I was told that I might have loose stools, not diarrhea that would totally drain me.
I am embarrassed to tell anyone that I am even doing Lipodissolve. Anyone would think I was stupid and foolish to spend that much money, to experience pain, sickness and enlarge my abdomen.
In fact I think I am stupid and foolish.

This is just information I want to pass on to anyone that shaves on a daily basis with a razor. I have been shaving my head for the past 15 years, so I know a thing or two. After you shave, clean your razor with running water, and store it in a solution of alcohol. I promise that this will extend the life of your razor. The alcohol kills the scum and stops bacteria from forming on your razor, which is the stuff that actually dulls it. I have not bought a razor in 2 months, and it is still as sharp as the first day I got it. The guy that passed me this information said his razor usually last a year before he gets another. Try it and let me know how it works for you.

I can’t believe what happened today. 35 total sets for legs. I am totally exhausted. Why did I have to go so hard, so heavy for so long. I mean, I’m not getting paid for this shit, it’s a hobby. I could have stopped anytime I wanted. I didn’t have to do 100 reps on my first set of leg press, 12 would have been enough. I didn’t have to stack the leg press with 16 plates, I could have stopped at 10, why did I do that. Why would I put myself through that kind of tourture. Ah, I remember…that guy on the squat rack looking at me thinking I couldnt go that high, or proabably the guy on the bench press thinking I couldnt get 10 reps with 14 plates. It was those guys that pushed me. And it was me!!!! Always pushing myself to the limit, constantly reminding myself that even though it aint Las Vagas…..THIS IS MY OLYMPIA!!!!!…..THIS IS MY SPARTA!!!!

Can you believe this shit, there is an organization that spearheads the acceptance of Fat people. Give me a break. Read below.
WHAT IS NAAFA?
Founded in 1969, the National Association to Advance Fat Acceptance is a non-profit human rights organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for fat people. NAAFA works to eliminate discrimination based on body size and provide fat people with the tools for self-empowerment through public education, advocacy, and member support.
WHAT DOES NAAFA DO?
The purpose of NAAFA is to:
- Work towards providing equal opportunity for fat people wherever obstacles and/or discrimination exist.
- Disseminate information about the sociological, psychological, legal, medical, and physiological aspects of being fat.
- Advocate and sponsor responsible research about the various aspects of being fat.
- Empower the large number of people regarded by the medical profession as “obese” to accept themselves, to live more fulfilling lives, and to promote acceptance of fat people within society.
- Serve as a forum where issues affecting fat people can be discussed in an unbiased setting.
HOW DOES NAAFA WORK TO MEET ITS GOALS?
NAAFA uses a three-pronged approach to end size discrimination and improve the quality of life for fat people. The three facets are as follows:
ADVOCACY:
NAAFA fights size-related discrimination and bias at every opportunity.
- NAAFA members have participated in rallies and demonstrations in protest of Southwest Airlines’ discriminatory practices regarding fat passengers, at an obesity research conference funded by the commercial weight loss industry, and in response to comments by New York Governor Mario Cuomo.
- NAAFA’s Fat Activist Task Force fights offensive advertising and negative media representation through letter writing campaigns.
- NAAFA works to gain legal protection for fat people by educating lawmakers and serving as a national legal clearinghouse for attorneys challenging size discrimination.
- NAAFA represents the interests of the fat population at conferences of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and obesity research conferences, in order to shift the research agenda from a focus on finding ways to make fat people thin to ways to make fat people healthy. NAAFA also represents consumers in legislative hearings to regulate the commercial weight loss industry.
EDUCATION:
NAAFA fights society prejudice against fat people through education.
- NAAFA works to dispel the common myths that are used to justify treating fat people as second-class citizens: “If they really wanted to, they could lose weight;” “It’s not healthy to be fat;” “Fat people are ugly.”
- NAAFA reaches out to national and community groups through our Speakers Bureau, literature displays at community fairs, and traveling exhibits. “The Diet Deception” is a memorial exhibit commemorating those who have died from dieting, weight loss surgery, and prejudice-affected medical care. NAAFA “Hall of Fame” honors fat people throughout history who have contributed to society.
- NAAFA works extensively with the media, and NAAFA representatives have appeared on such programs as 60 Minutes, 48 Hours, Larry King Live, Donahue, and The Oprah Winfrey Show. NAAFA’s message has been featured in the New York Times, USA Today, and many other well-known newspapers, radio programs, and magazines.
- Information on health, legal issues, and the progress of the size acceptance movement is provided by the NAAFA Newsletter, as well as by publications of local chapters and special interest groups.
- At regional gatherings and conventions, discussion groups and workshops are held to bring supporters up to date on the latest size-related issues.

I am pretty excited today, I gave blood 2 days ago and called in to find out my cholesterol score. 184, down from 230 in 2006. I just makes me feel good because my main reason for starting down the road to a healthy lifestyle was to be healthy enough to see my kids grow up. I feel like a new person.

In a effort to re-live my past bench pressing hey day, I have ordered a bench shirt to help with my training. I miss the rattle of the plates and the bending of the bar. In my youth I could achieve lifting feats with ease, coming in off the street fully clothed benching 315 for reps, and pyramiding up to 405 with ease. But alas, as age and injury set in, it has become more important to train smart than the all out balls to the walls of my youth. But I am hoping that a bench shirt will give me both. Enabling me to handle more poundage to satisfy my ego and showmanship, and also provide me with safety. I’m starting with the INZER standard blast shirt. It is suppose to be great for training adding that little support and stabilization needed to avoid injury while handling big weight.

In an effort to build more size, I try to mix up both heavy weight with high reps. Not high reps of 13 to 15, but around 10. As a matter of fact, 10 is my goal and the way I measure if the weight is to heavy or to light. I work on a pyramid, so I go up and come down using the exact same weight. So when I go up, I am concentrating on weight, and when I come down, it’s all about the reps.
