I started the HOT ROX and I believe that this is the TRUTH. I really did not feel an increase in heart rate so that’s always good, but I did feel the surge in energy. I tried to start a new rep range, going light and increasing my reps to 15. But 15 reps for me is just too many. It doesn’t allow me to use weight I think will make the difference. I felt a burn, and an insane pump, but I felt like a punk. So I am going to decrese my goal to 10 reps, that way I can get a good burn and pump, and keep my dignity. I’m sorry, I like the sound plates make when they hit each other as I drive the weight off my chest. I trying to be a beast, not a Chippendale dancer.
