i was feeling on my belly today and right beyond the layer of fat was hard muscle.i wanted to stop what i was doing and get down on the floor and start doing crunches but I’m still to fatigued.i never had to really work hard to get muscles when i was in Jr high school and started working out the first thing that started to change was my belly i had started to get that little dint in my lower abs witch is funny to me cause according to expert’s the last place a woman drops weight is in her belly.i have come to understand that i cant listen to everything i read i need to just pay attition to my body and genetic makeup.I’m still looking for a workout buddy but still have not found one i use to want a female workout buddy but i grow up the only girl out of six brothers so I’m not really into girls (laughter) so i think I’m going to find a man to work out with i don’t really know i will probably still end up getting a female workout buddy….whatever i just want someone to workout with i find that having someone workout with me i’m more focused and into the workout. well that’s it for now you all keep up the hard but oh so rewarding work…….

well i have lost a little weight but that’s just because i have not been felling well at all i don’t know whats up with me i just got up one day fatigued as hell and I’m still feeling it a week later it is really bad i can hardly hold my head up i need to go to the doctor but I’m trying to see if it will just pass but i have not been able to sleep at all this really sucks it feels like I’m carrying around a ten pound weight in my head oh lord,but i want to get back to working out and life have stop completely so i really do hope what ever this is it will pass take care everyone and keep up the hard good work

Well i ****ed up again but only a little.but i do feel a change in my body i have been walking a lot and drinking a lot of water .i had soda for the first time in about two months and it did not even taste the same when i asked for a fefill i asked for a lemonade because the soda made me feel blah ! so no more sodas for me for sure.i have another gym to check out,theres just so many but i do know i want to join a small one.i need to start taking some vitamins also.my baby fall down in walmart trying to run away from me and ended up busting her lip so now im doctering her and thats what have had me sliping up but what im going to do this sunday is cook up a lot of food and store it away.this action will help for sure…..

well i’m back on track now ! thank god i feel so good,and im going to get my gym key its a 24 hour fitness club an they give there members a key card to get in,it right aroun the corner from my house.i brought my work out gear.im so pumped up.im going to go see a plastic surgeon before the month is out,cause i want to have a breast reduction,even atmt lowest weight of 138 pounds i still had a really big chest its just how im built.my stepmom just had a reduction and she just love it and she looks like she lost a lot of weight but she just had a lot removed witch was in her chest.she feel so good about herself that she went out and brought a new SUV.i am ready for this total body make over i desever it after all the surgerys thro out my child hood and as i entered adulthood and havin a baby i need to do something for me thats going make me feel good about myself and is going to better my life in so many ways.

well i was doing good till i got home, i ate some pasta stuff and ritz carckers and a little bet of left over baked chicken,i hate this i stay up late then get hunger and just lose control.my home is full of healthy food but i always end up eating some of my daughter stuff so i may have to get some of her food out of the house,i need a better plane and i need to start getting to bed sooner i want to take lipo 6 but im scaed of the side afficts when i use to use weight it always came off fast and quick and with out me doing much but eating well,i really need some tips on how to start this and stick to it with out being so dam hunger all the time.i al think that because i dont eat as often as i should it makes me over eat at the end of the night its 2:04am and im still up i need to get to bed and im thinking of joining a gym rather then just doing my workouts at home.i miss that lite feeling i felt when i was 138 pounds now at 215 pounds i feel …….OH MY GOD I WANT TO SCREAM ! i feel nasty ugly big as a house.i want to get a work out partner i was rading in oxygen mag that a work out partner is really good and will help you stay on track better.i’m also going to look at a gym today thats not to far from my house.well im going to end this blog and get my ass in bed……
