Wednesday Workout: Weights
4 sets of the following 3 exercises: Seated Rows + Bulgarian Split Squats + Chest Flyes on Machine
3 sets of the following 3 exercises: V-ups, Romanian Deadlifts, Shoulder Presses
Thursday Meals:
M1 - Egg white omelette with garlic, spinach & tomato; Whole Wheat Bagel with 1/2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tbsp. cream cheese; .75 cup blueberries & strawberries
Caudalie Draining Tea & Perricone’s Skin & Total Body Supps; 2 CLA
M2 - Grilled chicken breast with pecan sauce, sugar snap peas, carrots and brown rice
M3 - Fiber one (2 cups) with .75 cup skim milk
M4 - Lean Cuisine Pizza + 2 eggo waffles & SF syrup
Workout for Thursday: Cardio - sprints for 15 mins, and steady-state elliptical for 15 mins.
Friday Meals thus far:
M1: Egg white omelette w/ garlic, scallions, spinach, tomato; 1 cup oatmeal ; 1/2 cup blackberries, strawberries, & raspberries
