Well, I confess...I've fallen off the wagon the last 2 weeks. I got distracted by stress at work and remodeling at home and the diet has downright sucked. And boy am I paying for it. No progress whatsoever. I have barely enough time to hit my goals now. I need to find my focus, concentration and mojo again. I can still do it and WILL do it. I've reevaluated diet, workouts and attitude and I'm more than ready. Its very easy for me to get distracted and swayed to the 'dark side' with eating. This is a life long lesson on moderation I need to learn. Have you seen the motivational quote floating around Pinterest etc? Don't reward yourself with food. You are not a dog. I need to keep this in my mind at all times. I have set up new small rewards to give myself every 4 weeks. Non food related of course. I'm recommitting and I know I'll see great results this week!
