* 1:30 chicken salad with tomato
* 3:00 workout / Wednesday 2:15 proteins
* 5:00 proteins / Wednesday 6:00 workout
* 8:00 tuna,fish or grilled meat
* Beans
* Olive oil 1 teaspoon
* vinegar
