my new diet
i start it today
* 7:30 a egg or ½ cup cereal
* 1 / 2 grapefruit or orange
* Cup of tea or coffee
* 11:00 finger Pro
* 1:30 chicken salad with tomato
* 3:00 workout / Wednesday 2:15 proteins
* 5:00 proteins / Wednesday 6:00 workout
* 8:00 tuna,fish or grilled meat
* Beans
* Olive oil 1 teaspoon
* vinegar

Today I did cardio … alterning spinning,running and step.i m happy, I ate these days … is feast … now must try to recover … I kept my training very intense anyway…

today i did great training!
i did 1 h and half of cardio work alternating spinning with run!after i did 45 min of weight!
my diet is going great…
i m happy of myself!

hi!
this morning i did my hard cardio training,i ran uphill for 1 hour,i did 30 min of spinning and some squots…after i did weight :
My diet is going ok!i ate thè coffè cereal and honey this morning, and for lunch i ate chicken,tomato, a litle pice of cheese and a big apple!
i hopo to loso 5 kg in a month…

hello!!
i have just finisheid my training…
today i did much cardio, and after i did weight training!
i did legs and abs!
my diet is going great,this morning i ate milk and coffèe and cornflakes… for lunch i ate chicken, tomato and an apple…
after my training i had my protein shake!i m trying vanilia, it is more good than the last i tried!in fact it war a
strawberry taste and it wasn’t very good… i would like to try stacciatella, i think it is good!

my workout is gonig great!
my new programme is good…but very hard!
i did 2 h of cardio yesterday.
I alternated 10-minute ride up with 10 minutes spinnig and a bit squat skipped … was hard, but I like it, i m
Satisfied ! Today I will not training because is a feast in my country and the gym is closed…
my diet is going great too…i want do competition so i have to work hard and i m determined to do it!!

today i started a new diet.it consists in eating less carbs and more protein.
this morning i ate 2 egg whites,3og of toast,and yogurt.
after traning at4 pm i ate milk and muesly.
later i will eat just chicken and vegetables.
it is just the first day. i hope to do better tomorrow!!
