Wow today was the family reunion and the bi-annual softball game, the first 2 innings were a breeze but then I hit a triple I was surprised that I still had my speed to make a triple. But I was huffing and puffing when I got there. Thankfully I was able to score of the next hit and get some rest. By the top of the 5th I was gasping for air my legs were starting to feel like rubber I was lucky that only one ball was hit my way. Top of the 6th and I was even more surprised when I hit another triple by this time I am like wow I am so out of shape. I honestly dont know how I was able to get there, its like when I am running full speed everything just flows but the minute I stop my body starts to hurt [ouch]. But this just goes to show myself that I really need to get back into shape not just any shape but Floyd Mayweather shape. I got 7 months to make it happen…..

Well finally taking care of business now I can get back to transforming my body. I see a lot of people on this site that have great bodies and I believe I can be one of those. I just have to stay focus and reach my own goals and not compare myself to other people. Before the injury I was on track to reach my goal but now I have to train extra hard to reach my new goal which is 155lbs (boxer body) and 5% or less body fat by Apirl 2010 so look out world here I come…..again!
