Hello everybody for those of you who care I had a show yesterday and place first in my tall heavy class and won my over all novice. No more Novice for me lol now its all opens I will do my next show in May. Time to start packing on the pounds yay hopefully I can get up to 240 or 250 at about 9 or 10% bf or soo lets hope guys . I will have pics up tomorrow or tuesday peace and blessings.

So last night in the show i did the open and Novice hevy weight. It was a tested show so I did not go up against any steroid Monsters. In the Novice I won my class and got firts place I recieved best abs in show and also came in second in the open heavy to a guy who won his pro card the same day which was great I had a fantastic time and cant wait to do another show maybe in the fall. pics will be up today.

So I have  3pm Flight to West Palm Beach To catch some sun and get some cool pics to post.I will not post untill the 2nd of January Happy Holidays and Peace and Blessings.

Yeah so today is thanksgiving and I am on my way to work but I get off at 4 so I will have plenty of time to eat. Just wishing everyone a happy and healthy holiday and remember, We eat clean all year so we can have some fun on the holidays peace and blessings.

Ok this si my first blog and this morning i did shoulders and calves it was great i drop set on seated shoulder press with dumbells from 09,85,80…………50 that was fun the burn. front raises together 6 sets shrugs to the front and back up to 405, machine lat raises and reverse pec dec fly. all i can say is the burn the burn.
