Monday, August 20th, 2007Ok this si my first blog and this morning i did shoulders and calves it was great i drop set on seated shoulder press with dumbells from 09,85,80…………50 that was fun the burn. front raises together 6 sets shrugs to the front and back up to 405, machine lat raises and reverse pec dec fly. all i can say is the burn the burn.
