Pull-Up Quest continues

I think I am making progress.  I have until the end of the month.  Is that enough time??  I hope so….  I am doing alot of flex arm hang and then, lowering myself down slowly.  I like the extra wide bentover rows too.  Feels great!!  I can get about 3 flex arm hang with negative in.  We’ll see…  I want to do this every other day.

Did legs today for the first time in a long time.  I have been hiking a lot of mountains, so I had to give legs a rest.  Now, they are sore, but gosh - so strong!!

Rest of training is going good!  Happy Wednesday to all!

Leg Day! Me too. Good luck w/ the pullups. I just started incorporating them last week into my back workout. Those suckers are hard! :D

the flex arm hangs should help, doing some assisted pullups would also help, either with a spot or machine.

I have no doubt you can do it Kathy. You might also throw in some wide grip pulldowns after the are hangs. Hiking mountains?? What a great workout.

Thanks. Yes, we live in Colorado, and now that the weather is good, we try to hike up as many 14ers that we can. Sunday we did a 13er that was snow covered and kicked our butts, but it was gorgeous - 14 miles with almost 4,000′ elevation gain!
