My first blog
Ok, well seeing how this is my first time writing in here I hope it works! We’ll see.
Anyway, Hello to all who read this and many more posts by me. I’ve acheived my main goal of dropping some fat and lowering my BF% . I’m now at 191 lbs and 13% BF! Wasn’t easy and still isn’t. although I seem to be able to tweak some things as I go along. It’s taken me about 11 weeks to drop about 17 pounds. My routine hasn’t really changed, but now after doing mostly lower reps with heavier weights I’ve decided to change the rep scheme and start out with 15’s. Working nicely. I pretty much do about 20 minutes of cardio after my lifting still. The 15’s are killers! My muscles are burning afterwards, but it feels great to have that. I’m noticing more muscle shaping and separation as I progress.
My diet drives me up the wall a lot lately, so i’m probably going to have to tweak that as well. Mostly it’s my lunches that are starting to piss me off. 11-12 weeks of nothing but tuna for lunch is making me a bit crazy. So I’ll probably start bring chicken sandwiches for awhile until that drives me nuts. It’a tough road but one I’m finding very well worth it.

I’m 46, working out hard. It’s great to see other men that take such pride in the way they look and feel. Right on.
