learn to love it ,for best results
when i started working out i did it cuz i wanted the body , that kept me motivated for a while but i ended up quitting for about 3 weeks then something happened i miss it i realize that i was looking at it the wrong way i was expecting resulst quick and i wasnt focusing on dieting and i was neglecting alot off things . so i when back i stop looking for results and focus and what i liked about going to the gym the pump the waking up sore thats what i miss. so i did alot or reasearch on working out and diet and all fitness i didnt belive everything but i quickly found out what work and what did. i did it cuz i love it the results i want will come as long as i put effort . and thats was my turning point focus on the reason why i go to the gym cuz i love working out and ever since then ive learn more and iam on my way
