heres one thing i whis i new first when i join the gym the importance of a proper diet all i knew was there was alot of equipment and i wanted a great body , so for about a couple week i was lost and no one to tell me so i did alot or reaserch to a crazy amount and then i learn alitle by little bodybuilbibg is a trial an error thing what works on someone else wont work on you the same way it took a while but i got a good workout routine and hit the gym but i wasnt focus on my diet but i knew that that was one thing i had to do for better resulst i saw the diet on maz and book and all over and i was like i cant do thats i dont have time , i cant afford that, where do i even get that?? those where my questions . but its not as bad has i tought i stared little by little got alot of out meal got alot of egggs, beans wheat breads fat free cottage chese fruits , tuna , ect things i knew thats where good and i work up my way from there eat every 3 to 4 hours it takes a while to get used to but once u have a base u build up from there to eat better as u go along and read about all the kind of good foods u can add to ur diet i dont have it donw perfect but iam trying and ill get better in time and my results will dont worry about how many calories if it good for you and u dont have too much of it cant go wrong , and say hello to my best friend water , not soda , or gatoraid cant go wrong 80 % of what i drink in a day or more is water i might have a cup of juice but mostly water it does wonders as far as resluts cuz iam no longer wasteing 120 cals in sodas daily like i used too

when i started working out i did it cuz i wanted the body , that kept me motivated for a while but i ended up quitting for about 3 weeks then something happened i miss it i realize that i was looking at it the wrong way i was expecting resulst quick and i wasnt focusing on dieting and i was neglecting alot off things . so i when back i stop looking for results and focus and what i liked about going to the gym the pump the waking up sore thats what i miss. so i did alot or reasearch on working out and diet and all fitness i didnt belive everything but i quickly found out what work and what did. i did it cuz i love it the results i want will come as long as i put effort . and thats was my turning point focus on the reason why i go to the gym cuz i love working out and ever since then ive learn more and iam on my way

when i first got started i work out my abs all the time but i knew that someting wasnt right so i did alot or reseacrh amd found out sometimes that made sence . ur abs is a muscle in ur body like ur byceps chest ect. and u wont work ur chest everyday cuz u will overtraing it and it wont grow and progress is not likely to happend like u would like . so i stop working out my abs let them rest for a about 2 weeks then i started to work them out but this time with weight since that whats pops them out cuz ur building the muscle . i work them out everyother day and i work them out by sections one day ill do all the side abs next day rest and then do top and then rest and do lower rest but when i did a part i really made sure i work it out. so i did that and change my diet and the results are in my news pic it work for me might more than likely work for u
