Ok i have finally put up some progress pics. you can see a little bit of change but i am greedy for more. I am not where i want to be yet. Any motivation would be greatly appreciated. hope the pics are not to bad?

The day is coming up soon for my first progress pics.. I am getting little nervous about. I am afraid i am going to be disappointed with them.. I have people telling me that I am looking good and they can see progress.. Which is alway very helpful. I mean I can tell my clothes are fitting better but and can tell a little diff through my shoulders and chest. The part I am dreading is my gut and love handles.. I cant tell a difference in it.. Maybe the new pics will tell show me what i cant see in the mirror. Wish me luck come Friday.

I am mid way through week 2 and I have lost 5 lbs.. The thing is though I lost that 5lbs in the first 3 days.. I have been steady with my weight but my clothes are fitting better.. I have went down one hole in my belt already. So that is helping alot. On the other hand the diet that I am on is getting old and I am not seeing the results in the mirror yet. I know its still early but I busting my ass and wanting to see something. Some of the supplyments that I taking are helping me with that. They are also giving me the encourgement that I need to go hit the gym hard. I want to say thanks to Superhornet for that advise.. Thanks bro!!!! I am trying to stay focused!!!!!!

After taking the first set of pictures to go one here I was so embarased of myself.. I played high school and college football. After finishing up that I would play every recarational sport you can think of and was good at all of them. I use to get up at 6 and run 3 miles everyday. I worked out 5 days a week. Then when I started slowing down on working out and was getting older I got to where i was getting hurt every time I played men’s softball or flag football. Pulling calve and quad muscles. I am now to where my back is hurting me all the time..
I am to the point where I am so tired of being fat and out of shape. After putting this pics up of me and really seeing what I look like it has really made me pissed at myself. I am using that to fule the fire to keep me going. I am going to acheive my goal!!!!!!! This site has already been a great help to me.
If anyone out there can help me with a diet or has information that will help me lean up I would greatly appreciate it.. I have seen alot of transformation on here that are awesome. Thanks to all that have already been supportive.
