Wanna lose weight, keep record.
Tuesday, January 29th, 2008I have been off my track for more than a month. Maybe that is why I have been putting on weight and fat fast. I just know that my clothes seem to be getting tighter day and day.
Learn one thing, if I wanna lose fat, I must keep motivated by staying here in bodybuilding. One more thing, I should never be lazy to measure my progress and keep record of it. At least I know where I have gone. Weight record alone is not enough.
