Wanna lose weight, keep record.

I have been off my track for more than a month. Maybe that is why I have been putting on weight and fat fast.  I just know that my clothes seem to be getting tighter day and day.

 Learn one thing, if I wanna lose fat, I must keep motivated by staying here in bodybuilding.  One more thing, I should never be lazy to measure my progress and keep record of it.  At least I know where I have gone.  Weight record alone is not enough.

Setting up new goal recently.  Aiming for 2.5kg decrease for 2 months.  More reachable target this time.

 This week.  I managed to drop bout 1 kg which I think is too much.  Maybe is because I’ve flu taking bout 3 days to totally recover.  Maybe during that time, I’ve eaten much healthier food like fruits, porridge, and lots of water.  Moreover I avoid to take supper at night.  But I will see whether the weight gonna come back.

Guess I won’t be able to reach my goal for this month.  Maybe I’ve set the Goal without realizing my ability to do it.  However, I am satisfied with the result so far.  I’ve been working toward the goal and exercising more than before, avoiding supper at night.

 1/2kg decrease per week not so bad for me.  Will set new goal soon.  Now, I know that Goal setting is really important if you really wanna achieve something.

This week exercise routine:-
Mon - Rest
Tues - Yoga
Wed - Aerobic
Thurs - Rest
Fri - Aerobic
Sat - Yoga
Sun - Rest

Overall I’ve reduced a bit off my body.  Somehow, my weight have increased 1/2 kg.  So what.  As long as I keep on reducing size.  That’s what I want.  More important is that friends are telling me that I’ve slim down quite a lot than before.  I mean, when I’m 72kg.

Another thing is, 5 meals a day seem very important if I want faster result.  Anyhow, this week I’m a bit lazy to prepare food ahead and I’m not keeping this 5 meals perday totally.

Weight increase??

I seem to be 1/2 kg heavier this few days even though i didn’t eat more.  Just that I increase the intensity of yoga and aerobic exercise.  My friend said most probably is the muscle soreness and muscle getting bigger…Really hope it is.  Will keep monitoring.
