Gone for a Month, Now I am Back
The month of May was really hectic for me. I was in training for 2 weeks and then when i returned from training I had so much work to catch up on I did not workout. After that I went on vacation, and I was trying to enjoy my vacation, so I didn’t workout during that time either. Therefore for a month I did not workout, however I have re-committed to my health and fitness. I worked out yesterday, 45 mins. of cardio and after I finish this post I am going to workout today. I also spoke to a personal trainer and we will meet once a week. He is going to help me get started on weight lifting (aka: resistance training). Wish me luck!!!

Good for you girl! Its great that you’re getting back to a healthy lifestyle. Eat clean and hit the weights hard!! GOOD LUCK

This week started out good, but by Tuesday I was out of motivation. My mind is totally into this new life (i.e. being more heatlhy and working out), but my body doesn’t always work with me and allow me to stay focused. I have to find a way to stay motivated and disciplined.

Things are going OK. I have finally gotten my weight below 260lbs. Next goal is to get below 250lbs. I started light weight training today. So hopefully when I start increasing my workout intensity I will start seeing faster results.
