Gone for a Month, Now I am Back
June 7, 2009The month of May was really hectic for me. I was in training for 2 weeks and then when i returned from training I had so much work to catch up on I did not workout. After that I went on vacation, and I was trying to enjoy my vacation, so I didn’t workout during that time either. Therefore for a month I did not workout, however I have re-committed to my health and fitness. I worked out yesterday, 45 mins. of cardio and after I finish this post I am going to workout today. I also spoke to a personal trainer and we will meet once a week. He is going to help me get started on weight lifting (aka: resistance training). Wish me luck!!!
