After a few minor set backs, i’m back to square one. i look at obstacles as a chance for a new start. some obstacles are hard to get by, but like any other hiccup, i’ve learned to ADAPT and OVERCOME. Three weeks off is going to hurt me, but i’m sure i can bounce right back. because of my time off, i’ve decided to break down and order a few supps to help me get back into the game. today will be day number one that i’ll be back. i’ve changed my workout up a bit just so i can get the results that i’m looking for prior to leaving this hell hole called Iraq. i have just under three more months to do big things. i plan on keeping myself hella busy with work, school and workouts. wish me luck!!

Okay, so i get so reliant on thermogenics to cut bodyfat, that when i cycle off, my appetite is just ridiculous! i’ve decided to cycle off the "max" for about two weeks just to give my body a little shock. plus i don’t like staying on thermo’s for too long anyway. it’s so hard for me to control my appetite and cravings though. especially the way my co-worker eats! lol he drinks like 8 energy drinks a day, plus 5 sodas, plus eats allt his fried food and cookies and stuff….soooooo tempting! lol i want to keep the body fat off and maintain my weight for these next two weeks, but it’s going to be hard. i need to resist temptation and find SOMETHING healthy to eat at the DFAC. wish me luck! :-/

Okay, so I gave in and activated the whole BodyBlog thing. I’m sure I won’t write in here often, but what the hell.
After talking to B about how she contributes to my motivation in the gym, I realized all of the other factors and people that also contribute to my fitness goals. My boyfriend, Chase, of course, because he’s the most awesome person i’ve ever met in my life! He keeps me entertained, happy, and healthy. If it wasn’t for having to cook him healthy food all the time to suit HIS fitness goals, I might be more hefty, myself.lol He keeps me in the gym, compliments me when he notices improvement, but is always honest and will let me know when i need to get my butt back in the gym and train hard.
Ward has always been part of my motivation. I see how much dedication he has and how much he strives, and although I don’t think he’ll ever be satisfied with the way he looks, he’s still an awesome person and a great friend!
Now let me talk about something that’s been on my mind lately. Celebrities! I commend all the people that stay in shape and make a living out of what they love, but to me, it’s not all about the money. I think some people let it get to their heads. I would love to meet a star who doesn’t give a sh*t about how much money they make or how much fame they have. I want to meet someone famous who can honestly say that they do what they do for the passiona nd love they have for their gig…not the luxuries that come along with the fame. I want to meet that person and say, damn…they really are down to earth!
Okay, now that i got that off my chest, it’s time to take my daily visit to my drug store and swallow all of the pills in my little GNC box!
Good luck to all of you, and if you happen to know Roger Huerta, tell him I said what up!
