Going well

Well it has been a week now tracking and it is going great.  I finally received my NO Xplod from the site, I ran out a few days ago :(   Now taking that along with Animal Pack, and Lipo6.  The Lipo 6 is due tot he fact it doesn’t seem to matter how much I try o eat right and do cardio, I still can not drop down to below 225.  According to many sites my lean mass should be 198 so I would like to get near that.  I will be keeping close trak of my weight the new two weeks to see how it goes.  I am keeping on the 6 meals a day and low cal intake.  This helped me drop about 10lbs but I am stuck there.  Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Starting a Blog

Today will be the first day in what I hope to be a list of days of workout.  This will help me to stay motivated in working out.  It is hard to stay motivated when your back is so hurt.  This will be my drive.  People giving me feed back will boost me!  Thanks
