back in trainin

2months off trainin now im back

 want to decrease bodyfat and maintain muscle size

cover up through the winter

and show off what was hidden all winter in the summer!!

delts

January 16, 2007

last week on wednesday i thought i would try and shock my delts into growth

i done heavy on wednesday and lighter on thursday my shoulders were killing me on thurs n fri
so tommorow im guna do light and thursday heavy

i found that i have to really bombard my shoulders and keep them guessing so thats why i am trying this the day after the other

hope tommorw and thurs are just as good as last week

i will update u asap

review on my diet

i can feel my diet kicking in and starting to feel everything tightening up

 also cardio is working well with the diet

i will post a day of the life of my diet up soon

training seems to be still hardcore lifting strength about the same

next week i should see the cuts and vascularity coming out

started competition diet and prep

started 5th january my diet has been great for the past few days so im well on track for the next few weeks

legs 2moro

guna train legs tommorow

got quads-hams-and calves

start with

leg extensions to warm up

moving on to leg press

squats

hacks

leg extension

adductors

seated hams superset with lying hams

calves

toe press machine plenty of stretching out calves and flexing

seated raises

calf machine raises

whole routine should take about 1 1/2 hours

yesterday trained arms and was killing after it

i think i train better on my own than with a partner!!

tris - lying db extensions-across face

-skull crushers on incline -excellent stretch

-push downs

-machine dips

-rope puchdowns

 

biceps-standing db curl

-bb curl mixing hand position(close,wide)

preachers

concentrations

dumbell hammers
