Back Injury
Tuesday, May 1st, 2007Recently, I have been trying to cut down and for some odd reason I still continued to keep lifting heavy. Bad decision because while doing dead lift a couple of weeks ago, I pulled some muscle in my lower back. It healed for a week till my next back work where i still was doing heavy on DB rows and pulled it again. Maybe its just my mentally that just kept me going for the same exact weight every time. I was so used to going or starting at a certain weight, that it was just automatic for me to pick it up. So now my lower back is now in serious pain. I have 7 more days left on my cutting and This time i am definitely going to take it easy. Another addition to my book of wisdom…..
