Recently, I have been trying to cut down and for some odd reason I still continued to keep lifting heavy. Bad decision because while doing dead lift a couple of weeks ago, I pulled some muscle in my lower back. It healed for a week till my next back work where i still was doing heavy on DB rows and pulled it again. Maybe its just my mentally that just kept me going for the same exact weight every time. I was so used to going or starting at a certain weight, that it was just automatic for me to pick it up. So now my lower back is now in serious pain. I have 7 more days left on my cutting and This time i am definitely going to take it easy. Another addition to my book of wisdom…..

Alright, here goes my first blog and im going to start with my back and bis workout. Not really good at articulating myself but i think its import to keep blogs for future reference. Back and Bis workout today was great. I didnt get as good of a pump as i wanted but overall it was a great workout. Started with deadlifts, light weight.. around 8-10 reps. then moved to DB rows and for some reason i dont feel it as much as i should in this work out. Im going to try to pull it with my back next time instead of my arms. after that, did some Machine wide grip rows.. a lil light and around 12-15 reps. Then finished it off with Reverse Lat pull down superseted with cable seated rows. Thats that for my back. Followed it up with DB Bicep Alternate curls. Stayed at 8 to 10 reps, I love starting with this exercise for my biceps, gives me a good pump right away. after that, did some cable rope curls, Machine preacher curls, bb curls (21) and thats about it. Did 30 mins of cardio and 10 min of ab work out. Overall, not a bad workout but could have been more intense.
