It starts today!
December 25, 2006Well, thanksgiving and christmas was not too bad this year cause i was trying to gain a little muscle. Now the games begin. I am about 16% body fat which is not too bad. I want to be at 8% by April. I know i can do it. I just need to stick to my diet and do some cardio. Even though i did not do much cardio during my bulking, i can still jog 4 miles at once without being tired. I want to get down to about 184 lbs. I am 195 right now. I know i am going to lose some strength but oh well. It is a price i am willing to pay.
