Help me
I have seven targeted body parts: shoulders, abs, legs, chest, triceps, biceps, back.
I need some ideas on how to split it up. Currently I’m doing shoulders kind of whenever:
day 1- chest/tri’s
day 2- back/bi’s
day 3- legs/abs
Please give me some suggestions

Day 1 - Chest , Shoulders, Tris (push day)
Day 2 - Legs. Abs, (Lower body)
Day 3 - Back, Bis (Pull Day)
I have other suggestions if you need.
