So, I have found a love for running, so I decided to have an experience and signed myself up for a marathon. I have been training hard and have about 18 weeks left before the big 26 miler. My first week of JUST running kicked my BUTT, who would have thought it required so much physical effort to run 20 miles a week, the I read that elite marathoners run 100 miles a week, uh so not something I want to do. But I AM SO excited about my training and FINISHING a 26.2 miler!!!
P.S.-STILL sore, my hamstrings are killing me!!! But pain is weakness leaving the body right?

Mental note Celeste….upload pictures to show progress…..
Well it is officially the end of week 9 in my 16 week program, I have lost a couple of inches here and there and have lost 9Lbs and am pretty happy about my 1LB a week loss. Time to step up my workouts and incorporate yoga to lengthen me out. I am excited about being over the hump and finishing up the next 7 Weeks and increasing my strength.

Im trying to lose 20LBS before my 25th birthday on August 12, 2007. I know Im not huge and most people tell me I look fine. But there is no harm in looking better. Im not trying to be anorexic, just more tone and fit. Longer and leaner. I am currently at the high end of my body weight range, I would like to get on the lower end and stay there.
So here’s to a vigorous 16 week workout plan (in 16 weeks it will be june and I will prayerfully be 15 LBS lighter, leaving me time to get to August 12 and lose that last 5-10LBS to tone and strengthen)
