Another weigh in day…
So…I gained 2 pounds overall, but I think its a good thing (well when i start losing overall weight in fat and don’t gain any weight from muscle…then I’ll be doing EXACTLY what I aim to).
So here is the breakdown:
Overall (gain) = 2 lbs
Lead Body Mass (gain) = 6.37 lbs
Fat Body Mass (loss) = 4.36 lbs
** Now the important thing to notice is that based on those numbers I lost (from my calculations anyway) a total of 4.36 pounds over all on my body, but I gained that 6:37 in replace of it from muscle. So I’m losing weight. It just being counteracted by muscle gain. So for now, I can live with the overall body mass gain of 2 lbs…as long as the number continue looking like that. And eventually like I said..I’ll maintain muscles mass while losing body fat and then my over all will start to drop.
Lol..but I still love it when the men in the gym think i’m crazy when I lift. Its…AWESOME!!!

What is the mirror telling you? Are you feeling "good", "great" or "f’n invincible"? I saw some intercostals this morning that I hadnt seen before and almost needed a cigarette after … if you know what i mean. Keep pressing, your beatiful and strong hon. Best Rob
