Not sure if you can really have them now but I love these.

Lite Protein Pancakes

½ cup of rolled oats
1 tablespoon of flax meal
Splenda (I-2  used 1tbsp)
¼ cup of cottage cheese
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 cap of vanilla extract 
1 dash of cinnamon
½ cup of egg whites
 
Put all ingredeitnes in a blender on high. Pour onto hot skillet sprayed with non-stick spray.  When pancake start to show bubbles it time to flip.
You can also try to add some blueberries, apple or bananas
 
The whole recipe is 303 calories, 31 g protein, 33 g carbs, 6.5 g fat, 9 grams of fiber

of course that is without any fruit. :)</description>

You know,  my low carb days are very tolerable. I don't find myself dragging or binging. It's pretty cool (but I am still appreciative of the higher days, don't get me wrong!).</description>
