Alright I am going to attempt to keep this updated daily or at least somewhat often. I’m terrible at logs and such but we’ll just see how it goes.
Last night was on the track doing speed work. Got my ass kicked I have to say. 1 mile warm-up, 1 800 m run, 3 400 m, 4 200 m, cool down. Should be biking today but with my wheel broken I’m just going to have to run instead. Lifted earlier this afternoon, chest, tris, delts. Chest was killer, but my tris gave out so I couldn’t hit it as hard as I wanted. 3 mile run soon.
