					<description>Hello Chipmunk77, when I was starting out.... I had some issues with that too... I found the best way to start is by cutting on your meal portions, have at least four meals a day.. If you have been doing those already; my next option would be to sign up for (be patient with me) WeightWatchers! I signed up for a one-month trial period. During that time, they gave me full access to everything.. I used them to have a better understanding of everything out there- including what to eat at restaurants.... WW helped me lose an initial ten lbs..
