Ok so im back on this page…and its for real now….i need to get back in shape…immediately…lol…for all the women out there that have any little secrets about diet, supplements, workouts and / or motivational tips…please send them my way…im 30 , but dont look it lol…at least i think i dont…ill post pics of myself as soon as i can….when i was workin out i felt great and now that ive cut back im sluggish and tired all the time….not a way to live as far as im concerned…and plus i wanna look better then those young ones out there…hahaha….so bring it on…plz share your secrets….if your willing too….FYI im 5′4 , 125 , use to play soccer, so i have a good foundation…just need to scuplt my body again….Im excited to be back on….and hopefully it will benefit me in the long run….
