Second Day,

Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008

So yesterday I did the start to my circuit training (chest shoulders & bi’s) and holy moly…I loved every minute of it…i feel great today….little sore, but ready to tackle my circuit today (back & tri’s)  I actually saw some veins in my arms…lol…which scared me a little bit…. :)   Anyhow … cant wait to put up some pics to show the results…

I start my new workout…with help from a friend ive managed to put a circuit training routine together that is gonna kill me…lol…well hopefully get me a little bit more definition where i want it…ill have pics up soon to track the results…wish me luck…have a wonderful day….

and ive realized this is not where i want to be…virginia has definitely grown on me and thats where im heading back too..sooner than later…one great thing coming out of this, is the fact ive really focused on my training again…since michigan is kinda blah…(sorry no offense) working out is basically all i have right now besides…well … my girlfriends and  ma and dad…ive fell back into goin out and drinkin and sometimes smoking … yuck…with my girlfriends…im niping that in the bud right now…real quick…i start a new job tomorrow and up the intensity of my routine so will see…more progress pics to come…look out for them…wish me luck…but hello virginia and good bye michigan… very soon….

Just moved back to Michigan from Virginia…Wow…what a culture shock…lol…neways…back on track with my workout…everythings goin great..cant wait to get into that bikini..that is if it doesnt snow in michigan…jk

At first i thought i was ok with what i was eating, but later on found out it wasnt.  Im ok all week with eating clean, then once the weekend hits OMG…all down hill.  I guess if i had a structured eating plan it would be different.  Im looking to get lean…im 135 now but want to be at 120….anyone out there….please help!  Ahhhhh ……..i feel without a good diet all my hard workouts arent doin anything for me…….

has anyone ever been in a situation where they have no idea what to do about it…u ask all your friends and they cant even give you advice….do you go with your heart or your head…hmmmmm ive been pondering that …. Although goin to the gym this moring helped me relax alittle bit and get some aggression out and made me forget about it for an hour…..haha still pondering now….im hopin this day flys so i can get home and run my booty off tonight….need another release….

So today was my first day trying the morning workout…and OMG let me tell you i almost fell asleep on the treadmill and was close to dropping a weight on my foot…hahaha…but thats not gonna stop me from doin it again…i feel absolutely amazin right now…i have the whole day ahead of me and feel energized….this is definitely a routine that i will be sticking too…evening though 5am comes very quick…its well worth it…..

Ok so im back on this page…and its for real now….i need to get back in shape…immediately…lol…for all the women out there that have any little secrets about diet, supplements, workouts and / or motivational tips…please send them my way…im 30 , but dont look it lol…at least i think i dont…ill post pics of myself as soon as i can….when i was workin out i felt great and now that ive cut back im sluggish and tired all the time….not a way to live as far as im concerned…and plus i wanna look better then those young ones out there…hahaha….so bring it on…plz share your secrets….if your willing too….FYI im 5′4 , 125 , use to play soccer, so i have a good foundation…just need to scuplt my body again….Im excited to be back on….and hopefully it will benefit me in the long run….
