I really need help with my diet….
At first i thought i was ok with what i was eating, but later on found out it wasnt. Im ok all week with eating clean, then once the weekend hits OMG…all down hill. I guess if i had a structured eating plan it would be different. Im looking to get lean…im 135 now but want to be at 120….anyone out there….please help! Ahhhhh ……..i feel without a good diet all my hard workouts arent doin anything for me…….

Hello Chipmunk77, when I was starting out…. I had some issues with that too… I found the best way to start is by cutting on your meal portions, have at least four meals a day.. If you have been doing those already; my next option would be to sign up for (be patient with me) WeightWatchers! I signed up for a one-month trial period. During that time, they gave me full access to everything.. I used them to have a better understanding of everything out there- including what to eat at restaurants…. WW helped me lose an initial ten lbs..
