Gotta love gettin up at 5am
So today was my first day trying the morning workout…and OMG let me tell you i almost fell asleep on the treadmill and was close to dropping a weight on my foot…hahaha…but thats not gonna stop me from doin it again…i feel absolutely amazin right now…i have the whole day ahead of me and feel energized….this is definitely a routine that i will be sticking too…evening though 5am comes very quick…its well worth it…..

I prefer working out in the mornings at anytime.

I work out at 5 am also. The first two - three weeks were hard but it’s done and out of the way. I argee … 5 am comes too quickly!! Good luck on your goals you have a very positive and glowing attitude.
