Improvements yay!
Im into my 8th week and I’m not doing too bad. Although I’m starting to lose focus at the gym and with my diet. The fat burner was working well when my diet was straight but a couple days of bad eating has bought all the fat in my stomach back. I’ve cycled off the creatine and my body has pushed through the little mini plateau it was at. Have had people I haven’t seen in a while commenting on my Shoulders, arms and even my neck which is really pleasing. I was thinking of taking a few days off but I’m re-motivated. The multi-vitamin and fish-oil has been working wonders, I just want to get my diet back on track. It’s hard when all your girlfriend wants to eat is take aways though, its alright for her she dosent seem to put on any fat. Jumped on an Erg (rowing machine) and (rowing talk starts) my splits have gone from 2:00min steady state to around 1:46min which is an awesome jump, I definately feel alot stronger when rowing (rowing talk over). So overall im happy, once my diet is straight and abs come through i’ll be ecstatic!!
