Blend 1 cup Oatmeal, 1 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 cup of egg whites and three scoops of whey protein powder (flavor is up to you.) and 1/3 to 1/2 cup of non fat milk in a blender until consistency is right. (it will depend on your protein powder how much liquid you use)
I like to add natty peanut butter to the mix when I use chocholate protein or fruit when I use vanilla protein.
Cook them in a non stick griddle or frying pan and eat em up.
They do not suck and they are good for you.

Protein pancakes? Not as fancy as Keifer however (heehee) 2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla), oatmeal flakes, egg whites, cinnamon, vanilla flavor, baking powder 1/2-1 tsp (to make it rise a little), sweetner if you like. mix it together for your preferred texture and taste (you’ve got to play with it however). Oil spray your skillet and cook on medium heat. Adjust ingredients for your low and high carb days.
