Double Battle.
Sunday, February 11th, 2007It’s hard to bouce back from an injury. I love to workout and when I broke my leg that was the worst time for me. I was 15 at the time. After surgery I couldn’t walk for 8 months. I missed a whole semester of school. Not to mention rehab. Now I’m ready to get serious with my workouts I have a nagging problem that I’ve been trying to avoid. How can I train hard enough to see satisfying results, but not enough to aggravate my injury??? Is there a median? I sure hope so.
