i no its surprising ppl usually don’t say they miss hell.. but today was the day that my program went full throttle. i usually ease in the program and make it easy to get use to then i kick it. Got to the gym at 5 am got done with my workout around 6 20, showered, got a shake and left to school and i am exhausted..

my gym is still unreachable due to the flooding… .. and i lost 5 pounds this week from doing my workouts at home but thats to much weight at once so0o0o0o0o.. im gonna carb load today and hopefully tomorrow i can get to the gym , i hope!

well…. my gym is unreachable due to flooding today so i did a home work out which actually got me a lil tired.. change is always good.. dropping body weight faster than i wanted gotta get more calories in some how and keep getting lean.
