"If you have raced with men on foot and they have worn you out, how can you compete with horses?"
thats jeremiah 12:5
one of my favorite verses, and why? because Gods standards are so much higher than mans, he has so much more for us. I believe that consistency, and perserverance are one of the biggest obstacles, and also most rewarding traits one can have. If you perservere you will alwyas succeed, if youre consistent you will continue to prosper. be consistent, and perservere everyday, no matter how you feel, get through the workout, and be a happier, healthier person.

Anger is the biggest catalyst for success, if you just hold it in, and never say anything, never let it out, let it boil, because it WILL get you moving in the right direction. One key poiint the bible tries to make is TRYING times, or times of difficulty, and tribulation. These serve to manifest the excellence of your character, and establish what the Lord wants for you, he prepares you for the best. Let those come to taunt, and mock you, they are sent by God to keep you humble. Never get to high, never get to low, and use that anger to overcome adversity. When someone asks me what supplements i take, i say the bible, and when they ask why? i say because the wisdom it gives that sustains, and loading up anger is one of those little things i learned that can be the greatest pre workout supplement ever. Its not what you say, its what you do.

Im running around practicing 4 hours a day, and in college, so my situation, and diet isnt optimal for pure bodybuilding (but its still a good diet, i wont lie), but with the right supplementation, and intensity in the weight room, I feel like I make significant progress every workout. I believe you shouldnt leave the weight room without feeling like you have nothing left to give.
