Well it is October 18, 2008 and for some reason I feel as if I am not getting any where with the abs. I have cleaned up my diet and do cardio all the time.

how much cardio do you do? some of us have to push ourselves harder than others, some will be fine with just 30 min 5 days a week. I do 60 min, 6 days a week because i want my abs to show i gotta shed the fat that’s on top of them. get it??

I usually do cardi three to four times a week, sometimes it is 30 to 60 minutes. I vary from equipment (stairmaster, cross trianer and treadmill). Thanks for the encouragement!!
