 but if you want a supplement that drops weight quick, forget all the actual fat burners.. they don't work (lipo6 especially is ****) try this stuff called &amp;amp;#34;black powder&amp;amp;#34;.. really it's for guys but I borrowed some of my bro's and OMG.. strips the fat off and builds muscle.. quick. its weird haha.</description>

The Atkin's diet to me does not seem like a diet that you could stick to long term and you might find it hard to get enough fibre in your diet - although you could get this from fibrous vegetables.
