Blog Entry

so far today iv had

2 pieces of chicken

prawns

and 1 protein shake (half water half milk)

3 cups of tea (no sugar) full fat milk

    That is good, I am just starting on my meal plan and since Wednesday 4/18/2007 and I have been eating

    2 cups Special K
    1% Milk

    low fat cottage cheese
    strawberries

    tuna pack

    protein shake

    2 chicken breast

    protein shake

    It sound like alot but if I plan ahead and eat every 2 hours then its pretty easy…how long have you been health conscience and wanting to get and stay fit?
