i compleatly messed up today! i feel so bad! i ate 2 slices of pizza n a chocolate bar!!
has anyone good any diet ideas that help you lose fat?

Ways to Prevent Gaining Weight
Go Jogging,when you jog your body is forced to create an environment which will have a lesser impact on your Bones’s strenght and well-being.. In effect your body starts to burn fat for the protein in it. That’s why long distance runners aren’t the biggest of people.
Avoid having your last meal or snack at least an hour or two before you go to sleep. And drink Tea instead of coffee.

Stop feeling guilty. It happened and there is nothing that you can do about it now. Just put aside how good it tasted. Cardio, cardio, cardio is what you will need to do to burn off what you ate. You look thin so I doubt that 1 cheat meal is going to make you gain weight

2 slices of pizza and a chocolate bar are not the end of the world (probably a good idea not to do it everyday though!).
Diet ideas, you know I’ve completely changed my view on diets. Bottom line, diets (by that I mean something you do for a while then stop) don’t work. There’s loads of research to say they actually can make you less well. It’s all about your diet (meaning something you do all the time). It’s a lifestyle thing. Be aware of what you eat, cut down on the saturated fats, eat plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit, wholemeal pasta/bread. Do that and be active and you’re well on the way.
You’re allowed to eat chocolate so long as you are aware of it and don’t do it as an unthinking junk food zombie. Sometimes a little of what you fancy does you good!

lol your so funny. You look great. a pizza and a chocolate bar wont hurt. Its funny when you eat that type of stuff it tastes so damn good. Then once its gone realty sets in and you feel like crap after. Well thats how I feel anyway. So now I think of junk food as the enemy. Everytime I feel like eating junk I say to my self if it does not look good tape to my ass then I shouldnt eat it lol hehe.
