					<description>Yeah, yesterday wasn't so bad. Cooking ahead of time surely helps, but then again you really don't want that food on the weekends at times...lol. Need to keep the cooking interesting.</description>

					<description>Not all guys lose faster.  I've always had a slower metabolism, thanks to my mother (who was obese most of her adult life).  And now that I'm no longer 25.........

But I managed to do fine on Mother's Day......I did all the cooking yesterday.    :D</description>

The diet always seems to be on track during the week, but then the weekends arrive and lunches involve what the kids like to eat, so it does get harder and I don't want to be making two meals.  Yesterday was good though, because they were happy with a nice turkey sandwich on whole grain bread.</description>
