Monday, May 11th, 2009

I went ahead and took new measurements today as well as my bodyfat. Some measurements are up and some are DOWN. I’m really excited about my calves going up :) Those suckers are STUBBORN! I didn’t get to take my BF measurements when i first started the Extreme Fat Destruction plan by Stevep78 so don’t know how that has changed. Got to be back to leaning out since my surgery, because i’m starting to see my veins become prominent again. I love that :D I’m a veiny girl. No way did i dare try to weight myself today after going out for dinner yesterday for Mothers Day. I will weigh in later this week and not obsess over it. All about that body composition baby ;)

On another note, i’m going to order some Mitotropin by Gaspari and see how it works. I know that there are no miracle pills so don’t even go there. I have read so many great reviews on this and want to try it for myself.

Great week, but weekends are challenging!

You all know what i mean. Diet is on track during the week, but when the dreaded weekends come up it gets challenging. This weekend well it was Mothers Day :) My husband is so used to going out to eat on Fridays and sometimes Saturdays. I have been going out with him and just trying to choose wisely. I need to get better with this and not get tempted when he orders dessert or appetizers. He keeps saying i will be alright, but he is a guy and he can lose way faster than i would lose. Lucky guys!

Another thing i need to crack on is lowering my cardio. I think i’m doing way too much and my body is holding on to fat! So i’m starting to just do RPM classes 2xs a week instead of 3 and my fav which is the step class once a week. Only warmup of 5 mins on non cardio days! Lets see what this does for me :)
