First week on Stevep78s plan and some playlists
Hi all! I just wanted to update on what is going on with me. Well, i hooked up on Stevep78’s extreme fat destruction plan after seeing some of his members including my husband have awesome results. Its weird, but i am already feeling leaner and have lost 1.5 pounds by the scale, but you know that is probably water weight. I’m looking to shed about 15 pounds by the Summer time so i’m ready to rock this plan in the coming months and looking forward to seeing some supreme results
My body is so sore and freaked out already with one week down. My legs are unbelievably sore which i guess is a good thing. Not lifting extremely heavy since i just had surgery like 2 months ago, but lots of reps and all will give ya a nice burn no doubt! I feel like great things are in store for me and loving the pump i’m getting on this plan. I will post some progress pics later on when i see the results are worthy to show
I’m sure though on Steve’s plan that i will have them and with all the inspirational transformations so far on here, who wouldn’t be inspired? I’m not able to work abs yet (had tummy surgery) until 1 more month and then i can do them without weight. Bring it on! I leave you guys with some song suggestions off of my playlists. If you got something in mind that you think i will like, please let me know. I’m up for new songs to rock out.

That is a hardcore playlist especially the NIN and Sepultra. Good old skool stuff, I had forgotten about Limp Bizkit.
